Cookie gets me 403

Hello,

since last week i have the problem, that i can’ access my site a soon as i have the CookieConsent cookie.
What’s really bad is that i have a new client, at least, i hope, he’ll become a new client, who can’t access my site either. Since I don’t want to bother him with ways to delete his cookies, i need a way to get this to work again or a way to delete his cookie by some trick.
