Cookie Notice overlaps header

    Hello,

    I like your plugin but I have a problem with it – I implemented a div in the header.php before the header to implement the name of the website. Your cookie overlaps it. It also overlaps the header completely on mobile screens.
    I noticed that someone else on this forum had a similar problem and you advised to play with the z-index. I tried this but it doesn’t work at all. It may have something to do with this CSS code:
    position: fixed;

    I would very much appreciate your help – I looked at many other plugins and I like your best.

    Can you share a link to your site?
    We’ll have a look.

    Another option you can try is to display the notice in the footer – this should not overlap in your scenario.

    Thank you for replying. I have this on my local test site.
    I could send you a screenshot – can I email it to your company’s email address?
    Also, I would prefer to have this in the header.

    I have this problem too. It overlaps the header menu. I’ve try countless of css tricks but I can’t get it to work.

    My site is offline unfortunately. Can someone advise, please? When configured to show in footer it isn’t appearing at all.
