Cookie settings button not working

    Clicking ‘Cookie settings’ DOES NOT open up a pop up window with provisions to enable/disable cookie categories.

    Hi @john42mju,

    Sorry for the inconvenience. It seems like a conflict with the site theme.

    Kindly try switching the site theme to any of the WordPress default ones temporarily and see if the issue persists. Let us know after checking.

    Thanks. I was using a child theme. It started working when I switched back to the parent theme. Then I switched back to the child theme and found it was working again. Resolved. Thanks for the help.
