Cookie undefined when refused

    This plugin works great but has stopped working if a user refuses cookies. The cookie_notice_accepted cookie is undefined (it works fine if a user accepts cookies). This is clearly a problem as the banner is then displayed on every page view.

    Any ideas how can I debug this?
