[cookie_after_accept] Shortcode being ignored

    Hello, we run a blog using Sketch as Theme and try activating Piwik using the [cookie_after_accept] code goes here [/cookie_after_accept] shortcode in the footer.php. The problem is that the shortcode gets ignored and printed as text while Piwik is being activated regardless of the cookie consent.

    We have tried the following but nothing worked:
    -> deactivate the plugin and reactivate
    -> re-install the plugin
    -> change themes
    -> deactivate Hummingbird
    -> placing the code in other places like the header or the plugin itself

    Any ideas what could cause this and how it gets fixed?
    P.S: We are using another plugin for the time being.

    Hi @ddadmin11,

    We checked your site and we can see that Piwik cookies are loaded on accept and you are currently using our plugin itself as well.
