Hi!
I have the same problem too.
Would it be possible to give us a solution?
Thank you.
There are several posts about this issue. Will it be fixed in an upcoming version of Cookiebot?
This problem has not been fixed yet. Any feedback on the next update?
Thanks!
Hi @fra8719 @conkatinator @sgomezp @niklasolai,
Bugfix is being worked on and will be released this week.
In the meanwhile, you can disable Cookiebot in the WordPress Backoffice (admin area) by going to Advanced Settings -> Disable Cookiebot in WP Admin
We will let you know here when the bugfix is released.
We have made a release today fixing various auto-blocking related issue.
Please do a hard refresh (CTRL+R) to clear cached Cookiebot files (uc.js) and check if the problem still occurs. Also you should consider if Cookiebot with auto-blocking is necessary for your Admin panel. If you choose to disable it in the Admin panel, the admin panel experience may be faster.
Hi @cookiebot
Please could you tell me where the new release is located. I can’t find it.
I did what you say (Ctrl + R) but it still gives me the same problem.
Thank you so much.
If you go into the ‘Cookies’ tab on your Cookiebot admin page and classify the elementor-cookie as ‘necassary’, the elementor page editor will work again. However, elementor still won’t load any content for users, untill they click ok – not even the basic layout and text of your website.
Hi again,
We have just released version 3.2.0 which includes bugfixes for Elementor and Divi theme.
Going ahead and closing this, as we have confirmed that it now works in other threads.
Feel free to reach out again in case of any issues.
