    The pop up box appears every time that a user changes page. This is because the site has a plug in that blocks cookies. Is there a solution to this? Thanks

    Please exclude the following file from the Cookie Blocking plugin and check the case again:
    ays_show_popup_only_once_[YOUR_POPUP_ID]

    Hello Jasmine,

    Really sorry for the late reply. The plugin I am using can only block/unblock entire URLs. So I am not sure if there is a fix in this case.

    No need to apologize for the late response – It is our job to satisfy the needs of our customers.

    Please provide us with the link, where the given popup is enabled so that we can check out the case.
    However, please note, if the problem is connected to the cookies, then, the only solution would be to exclude the cookies from that plugin, as this option works via cookies.
