cookies appears without acceptance

Hi,

I’ve used cookie notice plugin to inform users that page use cookies…what I expected that till user won’t accept consent’s using button in banner cookies are not used. But I noticed in dev tools that some cookies appears once user open page and doesn’t matter if user accept or not consent.
What I missed ?
