cookies login issue

    I’m having a problem in private browsing mode: the login isn’t working and I’m getting the following message: Error: Cookies are blocked or not recognized by your browser. You must enable cookies (external site) to use WordPress.
    I should be able to log in even in private browsing mode, and I don’t see anything in the settings that would allow me to fix the problem.
