When opening my website in incognito mode, some parts of the website are blocked (video backgrounds and header navigation).

When accepting all the cookies and refreshing the site, everything works fine.

How do I detect which cookie is blocking the rendering so I can put it in Necessary category?

    Thanks!

    Hi @noogla,

    Greetings from CookieYes!

As we checked, we couldn’t find any issues in video backgrounds and header navigation in your site prior to consent. Could you please confirm whether this issue is still there?

I manually tried moving cookies one by one to Necessary category and figured out which one was causing an issue. It has been resolved – Thanks!

    Hi @noogla,

While moving cookies to Necessary category, please make sure that it doesn’t store any personal information of the visitors. Also consider seeking legal advice to ensure you’re meeting your obligations under GDPR and other relevant regulations.
