    Hello,
I tried to scan the website but the button “connect and scan” doesn’t work. I don’t understand why.
    It seems “un-clickable”.

I have reset the setting, I disinstalled and reinstalled the plugin.
I checked for cli-tables in database and there are.

    Any suggestion?

    E.

    Hi @eriem,

    Greetings from Webtoffee!

This could be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and switch to a default theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem. If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

    Please revert with the result.

    Hey,
thank you so much, some plugin was in conflict, I still don’t know which one.
Anyway, for other people with the same issue:
Install Health Check Plugin (OR disable all plugins – but it’s better to work under maintenance in this way), start diagnostics with the Health Check plugin, then start scanning. Disable Diagnostic.
    Cheers!

    E.

    Hi @eriem,

It could take a while to deactivate/activate each plugin to identify which one is causing the issue. Anyway, glad to know that you are able to scan successfully.
