• Used it for month. Liked the functionality. Implemented cool things fast. Unfortunately, had to stop using this plugin because of all the tokens were eaten in few days by fake empty requests. Yes, I have an info that there are plugin updates, security solutions added, etc. But it doesn’t change anything considering OpenAI model of payment at the end of the month. Functionality is good and promising. But current risks are unacceptable.

    I wouldn’t rate it 1 star. But since my comment about API leaks was deleted in the other thread (Jordy, shame on you ๐Ÿ™‚ ), I rate it as 1 star. Just for one purpose – people should have objective reviews before starting to use this plugin. They need to understand the possible downsides and risks of losing a lot of money.

    Still using Gallery and Lightbox plugins from Jordy. Still like them.

    Sorry, I really don’t understand this. I have never deleted anything from you; I can’t delete anything on those forums as I am not a moderator. I don’t believe it’s fair to punish me with a bad review for this reason.

    I did everything I could, as fast as I could. The empty requests issue was fixed within the 8 hours of the first attack of the Russian spam bot. I then spent the next days making the plugin more and more secure through features and additional checks.

    But current risks are unacceptable.

    There will be always risks to run a service online. You’ll always need to set limits in one way or another.

    There was never ever any API leaks. This is simply not true. It’s better not to write anything like this without any proof.

    Since both facts are untrue / harmful, I will ask an actual moderator to look into this in 2-3 days. Meanwhile, please kindly check what you wrote above.

    Security is one thing to care about from the very beginning. After users of your product lost money, it’s a bit too late. You just face the consequences and lose trust, independently on further efforts. The situation is as it is. OpenAI doesn’t have flexible settings with limits (and their support doesn’t even answer during a week), and the plugin doesn’t have it either. So, currently, there is no safe way to handle your expenses.

    My API was added to your plugin settings. And I lost the tokens for nothing. You can call it as you consider correct. I call it as I consider it correct to call. Sorry.

    Of course, I did (limits, visitor checks, it was all there, check it). But there is always ways to abuse a service. I believe I was reactive. Also, I am not OpenAI, I can’t talk on their behalf, and even though I am running this plugin, they never ever replied to my (two) requests.

    That you felt the need to interrupt someone else’s topic and try to make it about you, and then you felt the need to “Oh, the developer did that? I’ll punish them!” in this review is unfortunate.

    The developer cannot archive or delete any replies, topics, reviews, nothing. Only a forum moderator can and they did.

    You are modifying your 5 star review based on your misunderstanding and wrong idea. That’s fine. People do read the reviews and they can decide what your wrong idea is worth.
