Copy additional files (without execution)

Hi,

Great plugin!

I need to still have some functional PHP inside the static site. This php will not use any wordpress logic. I added the php files as Additional Files and Directories – and I assumed it would simply copy those files over. However, it seems it is actually executing the PHP code instead of just copying. What am I doing wrong?

If this is not possible, I could technically just exclude the folder containing the php files if I can get that to work.
