Copy Blocks not visible / error

Hello, I noticed, the copy-blocks are invisible / disappeared in frontend.

After Update to current Versions (of the plugin and wordpress), the block shows errors also in the backend:

“This block has an error, preview is not possible” (roughly translated from german).

This also applies for new / empty blocks.

Any ideas / advice?
