It really depends on each plugin’s terms of use, they are all different. As far as Duplicator Pro is concerned it’s based on a site license model, so you get X amount of licenses based on the product you purchase, then you activate the license per URL. Many other commercial plugins work the same way but some are different.

but I am referring to the third party plugin license, not the duplicator license. I mean if the license of the plugins that I have in the original site will be kept when copying it with duplicator. Cheers.
