Copyright link needs SSL fix

I am getting a message that Firefox and Opera are blocking an http link in the Flickr Badges Widget. I looked at the widget settings and found it in the copyright link. It uses

http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/plugins/flickr-badges-widget/

for the Flickr Badges Widget text.

That needs to be changed to

https://ww.wp.xz.cn

Also, in the header of my page, the link for the fbw-css stylesheet is using the wrong protocol for my website for the location of the plugin:
<link rel='stylesheet' id='fbw-css' href='http://wdcb.stcwdc.org/wp-content/plugins/flickr-badges-widget/css/widget.css'

I can’t figure out what is creating that line to link the stylesheet. It should be using https://wdcb.stcwdc.org/. How do I fix that?
