    Coralwatch is a citizen science database where users around the world submit coral health data in their local area. I am trying to find a way for users to access a copy of this database online and be able to filter and download the results of their queries as csv or excel sheet. I’d like to know whether I can use Participants Database to allow users to sign up and then sign in to a page where they can filter by multiple fields or submit a search query to the database and then have the results display with an option to download the results as a csv. I have no coding experience and this plugin seems like the closest thing to a solution that I can find but before I dive in and learn I want to know if it is easy or even possible?

    It is possible, but it may require some coding to get exactly what you want.

    You can set up the search results to be downloadable as a csv, but it does require a custom template. I have a tutorial on how to do it, but it will require you to be comfortable with some technical aspects of your site:
