What do you mean with core dumping? It’s a server message that shows up? If so, you will have to ask your host to see what’s going on. Maybe it ran out of memory / disk space?
It happened when I installed the plugin. My web host told me about a core dumping issue and that it already had been resolved. But I just want to know if it has something to do with installing the plugin?
Well, it happened when you installed it, so it must have triggered something on your server. But I released the plugin late Dec 2015, and this it the first time I heard of this.
So probably something was about to go wrong on your server anyway, or it was running out of memory / diskspace, and installing the plugin was the final push to trigger the error.
