Thanks for the feedback!
I think it is definitely an interesting idea. We don’t have any performance tracking features yet, but this would be a cool avenue for us to explore. We’ll check out what FlyingPress has made so far.
P.S. We replaced the geographic world map with a non-Google library. You’ll see this change in our upcoming v2.13 update.
That was great to read from you.
WoW! Thanks for the update on the Map – can’t wait to see it!
Thanks for your valuable time.
God Bless.
P.S. I thought “Core Web Vitals” Tracking Feature would be great for IA mainly because IA already collects all the data – Session, Browser, Device, Page/Post, Date & Time, Country, and all that’s necessary!
Now, all that needed to be collected by IA is “Core Web Vitals” – which can be mainly divided into 4-6 data areas – TTFB, FCP, LCP, INP, CLS, ——– maybe also: Speed Index, Total Blocking Time.
Thanks again.
Also, here is a link to another cool “Core Web Vitals” Monitoring tool from Debugbear.
https://www.debugbear.com/real-user-monitoring
They have a Free trial.
These guys are awesome as their “Vitals scores” are accurate as compared to google’s hosted pagespeed tool even though they are same tool(code) and displays the same results – except its vital scores.
Whats most important about loading times of a website is – geography-wise the same website would load slower/faster depending on their server location; and also – CDN can help a lot – and CDN changes the overall speed of a website.
Debugbear’s Dashboard has a WORLDMAP, which makes everything much clearer!
I thought i should bring this tool to your notice though IA doesn’t have to be a tool to test the website speed or debug or analyze it – but only collects the “Core Web Vitals” details from user tracking – and also, this debugbear’s tool “Monitor Real User Core Web Vitals” does exactly the same – as does the FlyingPress —— we have to embed a code on the website just as IA and these tools collects the data!
Thanks again.
Looks like a pretty awesome tool. Thanks for sharing!
We could probably implement a simpler version of this where we track load times for pages, referrers, etc. For all of the Core Web Vitals, that might be better suited for a separate companion plugin.
I totally agree!
The reason why i mentioned about the “Debugbear Dashboard’s WORLDMAP” is because – the other day i checked out the newer implementation of Geography Map in IA – its much cooler!
Thanks a lot.
