Corpo Services Widget Icon hyperlink

Hi there,

I am looking to hyperlink the icons in the corpo services widget so you can click them or click the ‘click here’ text below and it will take you to a new link.

Is a child theme the best way to do this? Is anyone aware of the code I need to add/ change?
