Correcting my header

On my site states above I’m having a little problem with my header.

If you go to the site you can see the title with a floating transparent image. I would like to get rid of this but can’t seem to do so properly.
When I delete H1 all my text becomes disorganized and goes into incorrect places. If anyone could advise me I would greatly appreciate it.
