Corrupt Plugin File

    Hi –

    I have downloaded a backup of all of my files today. I followed the instructions for restoring my files as I had to switch my DNS number which resulted in information that was stored on the external server to be deleted from my wordpress site.

    Upon restoration, the plugins did not restore which has resulted in the discongifuration of my entire site.

    When trying to upload a different saved backup of my plug in file the same thing happens.

    Can someone please help us with this problem?

    Hi,

    To help us work out the cause of your problem, can you please send us a copy of the restoration log?
    You can find this log in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of your site via FTP.
    You can send the log file and copy the contents into an online tool (such as http://pastebin.com/ )
