• Under Marketing > Facebook, the page shows duplicate “Product Sync” / “Sync Products”, and the same goes for “Catalog” at the bottom. Also, the 1st tab at the top (beside “Attribute Mapping”) has no text and is floating where it shouldn’t. I also see no option to disconnect the pixel or even set its value. I followed instructions at this link to see if I could reset but there’s no option in WooCommerce’s tools page for resetting FB.

All of this leads me to believe that either the most recent update is corrupted, or something about my installation is. I’ve already removed the plugin and reinstalled, but that changed nothing.

Again, following the link above I tried going into Facebook’s business tools but I did not find any “Facebook for WooCommerce” app, but there was a “Facebook” app made by WooCommerce – but it was marked as expired.

At this point I don’t know what I need to do to reset everything and have a working plugin.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Same here for all my clients. When you rollback the plugin 3.5.5 I started seeing 3 more tabs again but the Sync Products tab is still a mess. Rolling back to 3.5.2 fixes the issue. The issue starts happening from v3.5.3 and the Console is throwing the below errors:

load-scripts.php?c=0&load%5Bchunk_0%5D=wp-hooks,jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils,underscore,backbone,wp-util&ver=6.8.2:4 jQuery.Deferred exception: facebook_for_woocommerce_products_admin is not defined ReferenceError: facebook_for_woocommerce_products_admin is not defined

    and

That’s on a staging site with only WooCommerce Core v10.1.2 and the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin running on the TwentyTwenty-Five theme.
