corversion events

Hi there,

I have used pixel caffine to generate conversion events but they are not showing up in adesspreso under “Track goal conversions with facebook pixel” how do i use this tracking feature.
I have attached a screen shot of the available conversions in adespresso. The thing is I dont know how these will work… they dont seem to be linked to anything so how am I supposed to track a conversion if they dont go anywhere??? I am so lost with this process. the ad creation is great but the conversion tracking is impossible and I cant find any documentation on it. please help. thanks
