Could Not Authorize Credentials

    I am using the Free version of FedEx Live rates, I have created my REST API in the FedEx Dev page – no matter what I do, I cannot get the API connection status to authorize.

    Hi @aaronkasr,

    Some additional questions to verify the source of the issue.

    Is the authorization data you are using production data? What is the API Status when you try to authorize?

    it is production API since the sandbox/dev api didn’t work in WP. This is message I’m getting:

    API Connection StatusAPI Connection StatusWe could not authorize your credentials. Please check your permissions and try again.
