Hi there,

I have just done a fresh install of WP and gone to add a temporary holding page using your plugin.

Whenever I try to select a template, I receive the error ‘Could not be saved. Please contact support if you continue to experience the issue’

I have tried a fresh .htaccess file, increasing my memory limit and disabling all other plugins (I haven’t installed a theme yet) but unfortunately it still will not work.

Any ideas? Thanks!

For arguments sake, I installed it and followed the instructions but it made no difference.

What is the IP for the outgoing connection? I could see if it is blocked at a server level.

@shereewalker That is correct if no WordFence plugin installed you can contact your hosting provider to check the apache mod_security.

We cant provide you an IP however you can ask your hosting provider to tweak the settings of your mod_security.

@shereewalker you would need to look at the dev console to see what the error code that is being reported back is. Sometimes companies have something code mod security-enabled which will prevent the page from being saved if javascript is added to the page.
