• Dear Supporter,

When I click the download button at my page with [ddownload id=”xxxxx” shortcodes in ie9 browser, the ie9 browser take the download file name as “?ddownload=xxxxx” but not the correct file name, it cause the file couldn’t be download.

I think this plugin truly a very good one for file download. If this “bug” could be fix will be perfect!

    Thank you.

I’m unable to replicate this bug. What file type were you having issues with?

    Hi Ashley,

I’ve noticed that customers of mine, using IE9, cannot download either. The specific file type was .zip

    Thanks for highlighting the issue.

I have an idea what might be causing this. Is there any chance I can get your email so I can send the patch to you? If you send a message to support[at]delightfulwp.com, I can reply from there.

    Thanks,
