Could not instantiate wp_mail function.

    Hi everyone,

    I am using CForms2 plugin version 14.11.4 and already installed WP Mail SMTP, however I am still getting an error message while sending message from one of its forms:

    Error occurred while sending the message:
    Could not instantiate wp_mail function.

    I’ve searched the forum but I don’t seem to find anyone with the exact same environment and problem as mine.

    Normal WordPress e-mail notifications works, but not CForms2 one’s.

    How can I troubleshoot this?

    Hi everyone,

    Forgot it.

    I’ve found that when installing plugin ‘WP Mail SMTP’, one gets an additional option under ‘Options > Email’ to set e-mail configuration.

    Now it’s working as expected.
