Using the paid version.

1. Your current UpdraftVault usage is: (error) Mb from a quota of 1024 Mb??
I am assuming I have run out of space?

Hi Adam,

What name did you enter in our support system? I don’t find anything recent matching “Conway”, nor on our forums.

Since we don’t own ww.wp.xz.cn, we can’t change the rules, unfortunately – they don’t allow us to provide commercial support in their channels (see: https://make.ww.wp.xz.cn/support/handbook/forum-welcome/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products).

However, if you Google the error you get in 2., then the answer is then clear from the results that appear.

You can also use https://updraftplus.com/forums/support-forum-group1/paid-support-forum-forum2/ – we have paid staff providing answers in there.
