Could not load template standings-slim.php

I’m trying this plug in for my baseball league and I’m running into a few things.

1. Could not load template standings-slim.php when I set the table to [slim]
2. Though I have [baseball] selected for my sport, I still see the same input fields, though I see a sports/baseball.php file. How can I add innings, pitch counts etc, so they show on the team stats page?
3. When I show the compact table in a widget I see [Table] above the standings, where is that so I can remove it?
4. I want to customize what I see in the compact standings list such as record, place and GB, how can I tweak that?
