Hey @darrenw1designer,
I’m happy to share that receiving email notifications from a form is not a paid feature, so with WPForms Lite, you should be able to receive your leads via emails with no payment required.
Since you don’t seem to be receiving emails, I’ll go ahead and give you a quick rundown of the whole process in case that helps.
Configure Notification
In WPForms Lite, you have the ability to set up an email notification. You can follow this guide to set up a notification that gets sent to an email address of your choice. Using the {all_fields} smart tag in the email body will ensure that all of the information entered on the form is sent to your email.
Test Notification
Your next step would be to test the notification that you configured. It typically should work but if it doesn’t,the issue is likely because the emails sent from WordPress are not authenticated (unlike emails sent from dedicated email service providers). As a result, they are likely to be filtered out by the receiving mail server.
To resolve email delivery issues like this, you can configure the free WP Mail SMTP plugin on your site so that emails are sent as authenticated.
Once you install the plugin, you will need to integrate a mailer to improve email delivery. You can use any of the available ones, and many of them are completely free. The guide I linked has the full list of mailers, and they’re all linked to the setup guide specific to the mailer.
I hope this helps to get you set up with receiving your entries, if you have any other questions please feel free to open a support ticket so that our Trusted Advisors can further assist.
Thanks, and have an awesome day/evening!
