Could not retrieve readings ERROR

    Hey there! I got this plugin working a week or two ago, but today when I loaded the page I saw this: ERROR: Could not retrieve readings for Saturday 10 February 2018 from Crossway Bibles Web Service.

    I deactivated plugins, switched themes, etc. and then did a search for ERROR: Could not retrieve readings for from Crossway Bibles Web Service and found sites that are having the same issues I am, so I feel like it’s not just me?

    Any ideas?

    Crossway Bibles Web Service (esv.org) have changed their API, making it impossible to access the Bible reading plans in the way this plugin does, unless one has a key issued by them before about November of last year.

    I have been corresponding with them to try to seek a solution. They have provided me recently with a new way which may work. I have, however, not yet been able to do the work necessary to attempt to implement this.

    I will post this same message to the plugin’s home page — and let you know when I have resolved this problem.
