Thanks for getting in touch @jiachencomma. Based on the error, I suspect another third party plugin or a host configuration may be impacting normal Site Kit behavior. To determine more on this, and ensure this no longer occurs, please share the following:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
    2. When checking the Site Kit dashboard from a Chrome browser incognito window does the same occur? If so, please share any browser console errors that appear.  This can help indicate a browser or caching related block.
    3. Does this occur on the Site Kit dashboard, the main WordPress dashboard (via the Site Kit widget) or on the front end of your site when using the Site Kit admin toolbar?

Let me know if you have any questions with the above. Thank you.

Thanks for sharing the additional information @jiachencomma. From reviewing the details shared, we can next perform a check to rule out any third party plugin conflicts. To do so, please follow the steps below:

    1. Login to your live site from a Chrome browser incognito window.
    2. Install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
    3. Navigate to “Plugins > Health Check & Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot”.
    4. From the same screen click on the “Available Plugins” tab at the top right and then click on the “Enable” option next to “Site Kit by Google“.
    5. Check for the same error.

Let me know how you get on with the above, or ask if you have any questions. Thank you.
