    @budiony – You should also check Ownership. Both permissions and Owner of folders and files needs to be correct. Example: If the Owner of the cache folder or any folder is not the same Owner as where the script is processing from then the script will not be allowed to write to a folder that has a different Owner. Another possible problem could be with your server configuration if you are using open_basedir. Make sure open_basedir is configured (php.ini setting) to allow writing to that folder.
