Could someone look at this code? Disappearing posts!

I’m having problems with my index. With the code below, the first get_posts works perfectly, but on the second, one less post title appears than should, no matter what ‘numberposts=’ is set to.
I checked out the source from the site, and for the mysterious disappearing post it shows: <a href="http://www.nouse.co.uk/2006/02/19//"></a><br />
So the href is there but no text.

Any ideas whats going on??
