    @braven1612 Thanks for your feedback. We’d love the chance to help you resolve this before you feel the need to leave a negative review. We provide support for free, and your issue looks to be caused by AVG Web Shield blocking the backup download.

    Could you please try temporarily disabling AVG Web Shield (or adding an exception) and see if that allows the backup to download? If it works, we can guide you on how to keep it disabled just for our plugin so you stay protected otherwise.

    @braven1612 please take note that this really is the case for a support forum, not for the reviews page.

    Even more, it is better suited for you to ask AVG why is it blocking legit download of your site’s backup than to slam a bad review to a plugin that is not even the cause of the problem.

    Please check our replies and adjust.
