Count down not appearing

    Hello!
    I`m just trying the free version to see if it works for me and then buy the pro version.
    But I`m having an issue, I set the countdown timer, then I go to my page I add the block but it doesn´t appear on my live page.

    Why can that be happening?

    Hello:

    I successfully purchased, installed, activated, and configured the Pro version on 8/4/21, but 24 hours later, the timer does not appear on the live page.
