Count on dynamically loaded posts

Hi, I use a plugin to load posts in a popup windows instead of a single pages and the counter plugin doesn’t count views in those popup windows. Is there any way to make it work that way? I guess posts are loaded by ajax, but are using standard single post templates to load.
