    Hi,

First of all, great plugin! I have a pro license and it’s got *almost* everything I need. I have two feature requests:

First, it seems the “send code to email” feature and the countdown bar are in conflict. (After spinning, bar appears but the code is null, which makes sense given we don’t want to reveal it before they receive the code in their email.)
I would love it if the countdown bar did not appear until an activation link is clicked in their email. The flow would go something like this:

    1. User wins a spin, is told to check their email

    2. Email contains a link with a unique activation token which will enable the countdown timer bar (and maybe optionally show a celebratory popup?)

    3. User places an order 😀

Secondly, when I tested this the email appeared not to utilize the WooCommerce email templating system. Could we get the email sent with the store’s email branding applied from WooCommerce emails?

Thanks for your time and consideration.

    Hi @jstnpwll

    Thanks for your kind words.

Please keep in mind this forum is meant for the free version and WordPress doesn’t like it if we discuss pro versions here (with good reason). So please direct any reply to us via the live chat on our website. They said, here is my reply:

    1) You are correct the coupon bar doesn’t work when you select to not show prizes on the frontend. Today, the solution to your problem is simply deactivating one of these settings and keeping the other.

I understand your desired request. Truthfully, not many people really need this so we’d be reluctant adding this directly into the plugin (we’d add yet another option and it can become daunting with many options). That said, this is something that can probably already be done with some custom code on your end since our plugin is quite developer friendly. Reach out to us via live chat if you want more info on that.

    2) We allow HTML in the email so technically, you could paste the HTML from your WooCommerce design there :-).
