I just updated and have the same problem, countdown not showing on live site and elementor looking like in your link. I’m a new user of ea, so don’t really have no idea where to look for fixes or patches when something like this happens.
One user helped me with that.
Go to the WordPress panel → Essential Addons Elementor (http://prntscr.com/gsqbcu)
Disable the CountDown and Save. Then Activate again and save (http://prntscr.com/gsqbyn)
It worked for me.
The numbers in the Elementor editor may not appear, but when the page is displayed it will appear.

Turning off and back on the countdown worked perfectly for me. Thank you guys.
