[NSFW] Countdown Timer Not Working with OceanWP Theme

    Hello,

    I recently purchased your plugin WooCommerce Product Badges & Sale Booster – Countdown Timer, but the countdown timer feature is not working on my website.

    I’m currently using the OceanWP theme. I’ve already tried clearing the cache and disabling other plugins for testing, but the issue still persists.

    Could you please check and let me know how to fix this compatibility issue?
    I can provide temporary admin access if needed for troubleshooting.

    Please ask your PRO version question on our website.

    Please follow the steps below.

    • Make sure that you have the latest version of both free and pro plugins. The plugin version numbers should be the same and the latest version.
    • Navigate to the plugin settings – general tab.
    • Check all of the listed positions for the archive and product page. (If there is an issue on the archive page, then you can check all of the positions for the archive page but if there is an issue on the product page then you can check the positions for the product page).
    • Please note that there are different positions for the ‘On image” and “Out of image” badges so make sure you are testing the appropriate one.
    • Check positions one by one.

    Also, the plugin has the below shortcodes and maybe it can help you if none of the listed positions help you.

    • [asnp_badge hide=”1″] to use on the product page.
    • [asnp_badge] to use on the archive product or product listing page.

    If you would like to show a specific product sale badges, then use the below shortcodes.

    • [asnp_badge product_id=”7″ hide=”1″] to use on the product page, replace “7” with your product ID.
    • [asnp_badge product_id=”7″] to use on the archive product or product listing page, replace “7” with your product ID.
