Counter duplicate number

    Hello,
    We have a contact form where we have implemented a counter. But sometimes the numbers are duplicated and we get an email with the same number. This weekend we received five emails with number 875. It does not happen all the time but only sometimes

    Hi there, having the same issue. Counter gets duplicate every so often. Any help? Thanks in advance

    Hello,

    I have the same issue here. I tried saving again all the forms and I still get the same number. It only changes if the date is changed. For example I will have the same number for all the forms submitted on the 12th of September and different number on the 13th.

    Any help I would be grateful.

    I am using the counter on a ticket system so a quick response would be very helpful.
