Yes, the problem disappears when we deactivate WPML (and reappears when we reactivate WPML).

I did as you told me.
The figures for «All files» and «Uncategorized files» are correct, but the figures for all my custom folders are not (still the same issue as before).
So now please clear cache and use Refresh button for each custom folders.
