Counter not working?

    Hello. I apologize for my English. After the last update, when I select the sorting of tags by counter from database, it keeps making them appear in alphabetical order and therefore does not show me the most present tags on my site. Do I need to change any options that I don’t know about? Thank you.

    This is working correctly in our testing.

    Make sure you are using “Method for choosing terms for display” and “Ordering for choosing terms for display”. Don’t choose the “database” options.

    I have tried various possibilities between database and display, but still the most frequently used tags on my site do not appear. I am attaching two screenshots to show the tags that appear versus the most used tags that I would like to appear as it was a few versions ago.

    Hi @davidedantonio1. Please try rolling back to earlier versions of TaxoPress. You can use a plugin like this: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-rollback/. Does a specific earlier version help your site?

    I apologize for the delay in my reply. Anyway, I reverted, thanks to the recommended plugin, to version 3.30 and it works again. Thanks for helping me solve the problem!
