Counters reset everytime the post is open

Counts are stored by each social network, and not in the WordPress database – the plugin just retrieves those counts directly from each network and displays them.

Can you share a link to the post that’s displaying this issue?

Thanks for sharing the link. I checked the page and counts for all networks seem accurate to me. Your Facebook badge shows a count of 7 for me, for example, which is accurate based on the raw data from Facebook: https://api.facebook.com/method/links.getStats?urls=http://www.redactormedicofreelance.com/colaboracion-medica-2/&format=json

It could have been a temporary issue for this one post. If you notice any other count issues, feel free to follow up here!

The raw data from each social network shows a count of zero for that post, so the buttons are reporting the stats accurately:

Did you change the post slug/URL recently? That can cause your counts to reset.

I can’t explain why the counts would reset if you haven’t altered the URLs in any way, though.

The plugin simply reads the counts from each social network as determined by the URL. If you’re not altering the URLs and networks still reset your counts, you could follow up with the support teams for each social network to learn why that might be occurring, perhaps. Sorry that I couldn’t offer any further insight this time!
