    Hello,
I am really impressed with the plugin as I went through the entire details. What I want to ask is:
Will it be possible to display the unique pageviews for articles irrespective of when they are written?
I mean if an article is viewed today, it should show up in the “list of viewed articles” even if it was written in the previous or earlier months.
There should be a total of the unique views for the day and for the month.
Please let me know. I am looking for such a system. Does the current plugin do this (as I haven’t still downloaded it).
And if not, I would like to know the details of the cost it may take to build.
    Thanks
Looking forward to your quick reply,
    Abhijit

    Abhijit,

The plugin already has the option to visit the current days hits. You can use the widget and choose Custom Period and set the number of days to 1.

I am really sorry that I forgot one thing to mention earlier.
Actually, I want to view the accumulated pageviews for an entire month and also display the same to my authors. In short, I want to keep track of the unique views for the entire month.
Will I be able to do this?
    Thanks for your help

You can set “Daily popular should contain views of how many days?” to 30

The plugin still doesn’t (and probably won’t) give you statistics like JetPack or Google Analytics

I don’t know if I am pestering you, but I would like to know if I will be able to show my writers the views they get daily and accumulated views for a total month. I really need this feature very desperately. Please give me your inputs.

Currently, you can either do the daily or the monthly depending on the setting as I mentioned above. You can’t do both since it is the same setting that effects the output.

The information does sit in the database, but you will need to write your own functions possibly in your theme functions.php file to pull this information out and display this in the admin interface.
