Thank you for providing more information. By default, it is not possible to change the country list in the select box based on the language selected from the language selector on your site.
However, I would suggest you contact the plugin provider you’re using for adding multilingual support to your site and ask them to help you translate the country list according to the selected site language.

If you’re using WooCommerce, there are various plugins available that allow you to control the countries shown in the checkout. Alternatively, you can add custom code to filter out certain countries.
