country lists are wrong

After the last update, I noticed these errors on the Shopping cart page: http://meemi.net/products-page/checkout/> Calculate Shipping Price > country list NOT updated
> Billing details > country list is CORRECT
> Shipping Address > country list NOT updatedI ticked the “shipping same as billing” – then the problems started. Un-ticked it, but still no solution.
This did not help either: Enable Billing State field in the Checkout page. (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/shipping-country-problem?replies=3)
