Country not selectable

First of all, congratulations for your work!
I have created some zones, well filled and checked tables rates, classified the zones in the right order (see here : https://www.queen-space-beauty.com/wp-content/uploads/Capture65.JPG )
but when I choose countries of a certain zone (Switzerland and UK here) on the website and recalculates nothing changes and this remains in the previous / country if there was one
How to fix this problem?
