Counts Wrong

    Hey guys, not sure what’s going on with this plugin, I’ve used it for years. I’ve noticed lately that the plugin is not recording all of the counts in the counters anymore. I’ve tested this myself by using multiple computers at work, home and at friends, just to see if the numbers were being recorded and sometimes they were, but most times the share number remained unchanged.

    You may remember a little while back my site lost all of its share counts and you guys did a great job restoring them, but since then the plugin just hasn’t worked that well.

    Hi @bryanpw1,

    Thanks for reaching out and apologies if you’re seeing this issue.
    Is there a specific article that you can point in our direction that isn’t recording counts? On my end I’m testing it but I haven’t ran into this problem yet. Your counts are also showing up correct on every page.

    Please let us know which page exactly is causing this issue and I’ll go in and double check once more.
